These terms apply when you use this website or buy from CUIVRE.

Products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Results vary from person to person. Please read the usage and safety information before use.

Orders, prices and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We deliver to UK addresses only. We may change prices and availability at any time. If a pricing error occurs or we can't fulfil your order, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Offers

30% off your first order (back-in-stock notification offer). If you ask us to notify you when a product is back in stock, we'll email you a code for 30% off your first order when it's available again.

• Promoter: CUIVRE. No purchase is needed to request a back-in-stock email.
• Open to people with a UK delivery address (we deliver to the UK only).
• One use per customer, valid on your first order only.
• The code is sent by email, when the product is back in stock, to the address you gave us. Any expiry date will be stated clearly in that email.
• It can't be combined with any other offer or discount and has no cash value.
• You can unsubscribe at any time. If you unsubscribe before the product is back in stock, we won't be able to send you the code.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
